White Lotus Holistic Spa Cancellation Policy
To our Valued Guests:
Your appointments are very important to us at White Lotus. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. A 48 hour notice is required for all packages, because more than 1 technician is involved in the services provided. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality of servicing for our established and future clientele.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR VALUED GUESTS:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for reschedules and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card.

Cancellations or Reschedules given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive NO charges.Cancellations or Reschedules given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a charge of $25.

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of the FULL service amount.

All Packages are required to give 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations or No Shows of any packages will result in a charge of the FULL service amount.

Late Arrivals: please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the service, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
